A reminder that there is to be no flying, or ground handling, at Alert Levels 3 & 4.
Under Level 3 and 4, the CAA, MOT and GOVT directives are that recreational aviation (Paragliding and Hang Gliding) is NOT PERMITTED. This includes ground handling.
CAA take the position that ground handling is no different to an aeroplane taxiing on the tarmac because our wing is considered to be in flight.
